This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Dasmino wedding services platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using Dasmino, you agree to comply with this policy.

This policy applies to all users, including couples seeking wedding services and service providers offering their services on the Platform.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to:

• Ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users
• Protect the integrity and security of the Platform
• Prevent illegal, harmful, or abusive conduct
• Comply with applicable laws in Switzerland and Kosovo
• Maintain the quality and reputation of Dasmino as a trusted wedding services marketplace

2. Age Restrictions

Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Dasmino Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to access or use Dasmino.

If we discover that a user is under 16, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Permitted Uses

You may use the Dasmino Platform to:

• For Couples: Search for, browse, and inquire about wedding services in Switzerland and Kosovo
• For Service Providers: Create business profiles, showcase your work, and connect with potential customers
• Communicate professionally with other users through the Platform's messaging features
• Leave honest and constructive reviews based on your genuine experiences
• Access information and resources provided by Dasmino

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Dasmino Platform:

4.1 Illegal Activities

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Swiss or Kosovo law
• Posting content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
• Violating intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent infringement
• Violating data protection or privacy laws

4.2 Fraudulent or Deceptive Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information about your identity or business
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Creating fake accounts or using multiple accounts to deceive others
• Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings
• Advertising services you do not intend to provide
• Engaging in bait-and-switch tactics or false advertising
• Operating scams or pyramid schemes

4.3 Harmful or Offensive Content

• Posting content that is threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics
• Hate speech or content that promotes violence or harm against individuals or groups
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
• Content depicting or promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Graphic violence or gore
• Content exploiting or endangering minors

4.4 Spam and Unsolicited Communication

• Sending spam, junk mail, chain letters, or unsolicited mass communications
• Using the Platform to advertise unrelated products or services
• Repeatedly sending duplicate or substantially similar messages
• Harvesting email addresses or other contact information from the Platform
• Using automated systems (bots, scripts, or crawlers) to send messages or collect data

4.5 Security Violations

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
• Distributing viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Circumventing security features or authentication mechanisms
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform
• Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

4.6 Data Scraping and Misuse

• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Platform using automated tools
• Creating databases or directories by systematically downloading Platform content
• Using data from the Platform for marketing or commercial purposes without authorization
• Selling, sharing, or distributing user data obtained from the Platform

4.7 Abuse of Platform Features

• Manipulating search rankings or Platform algorithms
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Using the Platform in a manner that degrades its performance or availability
• Interfering with other users' ability to use the Platform

4.8 Harassment and Abuse

• Harassing, bullying, stalking, or threatening other users
• Repeatedly contacting users who have requested no further contact
• Posting private information about others without their consent (doxxing)
• Retaliating against users who leave negative reviews
• Coordinated harassment campaigns

4.9 Circumventing Platform Policies

• Attempting to conduct transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees (when payment features are implemented)
• Directing users to competitor platforms or external booking systems in violation of future exclusivity agreements
• Creating new accounts to evade suspensions or bans

5. User-Generated Content Standards

All content you post on Dasmino (including profile information, photos, descriptions, messages, and reviews) must:

• Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not infringe on the rights of third parties
• Be relevant to wedding services and appropriate for all audiences
• Not contain spam, advertising, or promotional content (except in designated service provider profiles)
• Be your original work or used with proper permission and attribution

6. Consequences of Violations

6.1 Enforcement Actions

If you violate this Acceptable Use Policy, Dasmino may take the following actions, depending on the severity and nature of the violation:

• Content Removal: Automatic removal of prohibited content from the Platform
• Warning: Notification of policy violation with a request to cease the conduct
• Temporary Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access
• Permanent Ban: Immediate and permanent termination of your account
• Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement or initiation of civil proceedings for serious violations

6.2 Automatic Content Moderation

Dasmino uses automated systems and manual review to detect and remove prohibited content. Content that violates this policy may be automatically removed without prior notice.

6.3 Account Suspension or Termination

Depending on the severity of the violation, Dasmino may suspend or terminate your account:

• Minor Violations: Warning or temporary suspension
• Moderate Violations: Temporary suspension or permanent ban
• Serious Violations: Immediate permanent ban and potential legal action

Examples of violations warranting immediate account termination include:

• Illegal activities (fraud, threats, exploitation)
• Severe harassment or hate speech
• Posting sexually explicit or violent content
• Security breaches or hacking attempts
• Repeated violations after warnings

6.4 No Refunds

If your account is suspended or terminated for policy violations, you will not be entitled to refunds of any fees paid (when applicable in the future).
